A minimum of 50% advance deposit is required one week prior to arrival to guarantee the reservation. Hotel Ratnagiri accepts money orders and demand deposit drafts in the name of Manager, Hotel Ratnagiri, Mirik. Advance deposits are not refundable.

Checkout time is 12:00 noon.

10% service charge added to food.

Heaters are available for rental in the winter season.
